She has appeared with the Royal Scottish National Orchestra on several occasions, notably in Mendelssohn’s Hymn of Praise and Poulenc’s Les Carmélites. She made her debut at the BBC Proms with the BBC Scottish Symphony Orchestra and returned with the Dunedin Consort. She has sung with most of the leading orchestras in Britain including the London Symphony Orchestra and Scottish Chamber Orchestra, and has broadcast on BBC Radio.

Jerome Knox
Jerome Knox was born in London and is a graduate of the Alexander Gibson Opera School at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland, where he was the inaugural Gleneagles scholar. He previously trained at the Royal College of Music and at Edinburgh University. In 2020, he won the prestigious London Handel Festival Competition and is now much in demand in both concert and operatic repertoire. He has performed with companies such as Scottish Opera, Glyndebourne, Dunedin Consort and English Touring Opera and recently made his solo debut at the Wigmore Hall, London.
Pianist
We are also delighted to introduce our pianist Edward Cohen:
Edward CohenEdward Cohen

Edward Cohen has established himself as one of the most versatile and in-demand pianists in Scotland. Equally at home as a concerto soloist, recitalist, chamber musician, choral accompanist, or educator, he regularly collaborates with leading musicians at the country’s major performance venues and festivals.  Edward is a first-class graduate of the Royal Academy of Music and an alumnus of Indiana University and the Lucerne Festival Academy. He holds two MMus degrees with Distinction from the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland, where he earned top awards in solo and chamber music performance, including the prestigious Governors’ Recital Prize.
Edward is the pianist for the choruses of the Royal Scottish National Orchestra, and has worked with the Edinburgh Festival Chorus, the National Youth Choir of Scotland, and the Scottish Chamber Orchestra Chorus. His playing has been broadcast extensively, including at the Eurovision Young Musicians competition, produced by BBC Arts Digital and Radio 3, and seen and heard on live video worldwide.  Currently, he holds positions as School of Music Manager and Lecturer in Accompaniment at the RCS, teaches at the University of Glasgow, and serves as CEO of the Scottish International Piano Competition, which brings multiple strands of his working life together.
