Introducing our two soloists, Emily Mitchell (soprano) and Jerome Knox (baritone):
Pianist
We are also delighted to introduce our pianist Edward Cohen: Edward is the pianist for the choruses of the Royal Scottish National Orchestra, and has worked with the Edinburgh Festival Chorus, the National Youth Choir of Scotland, and the Scottish Chamber Orchestra Chorus. His playing has been broadcast extensively, including at the Eurovision Young Musicians competition, produced by BBC Arts Digital and Radio 3, and seen and heard on live video worldwide. Currently, he holds positions as School of Music Manager and Lecturer in Accompaniment at the RCS, teaches at the University of Glasgow, and serves as CEO of the Scottish International Piano Competition, which brings multiple strands of his working life together.
