We are delighted to introduce Sòlas Ensemble. Sòlas Ensemble was founded in 2022 and brings together four singers: Katie Carmichael, Caitlin Mackenzie, Euan McDonald and Joshua McCullough, all recent graduates of the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland. United by their shared background in the National Youth Choir of Scotland, the quartet share a depth of experience in choral singing. Individually, the members have been recognised as young artists with Dunedin Consort and Genesis Sixteen, with further appearances for Scottish Opera, Irish National Opera, Garsington, Grange Park, British YouthOpera, Waterperry Festival, Wexford Festival, International Vocal Competition s’-Hertogenbosch and Edinburgh International Festival.
